Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Because our products are digital downloads (PDF crochet patterns), our refund policy differs from stores that sell physical goods.

1. Digital Downloads (Once Downloaded)
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the PDF file has been downloaded. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, we strictly do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the file has been accessed or downloaded from our servers.

2. Accidental Purchases (Before Download)
We understand that mistakes happen (e.g., accidental clicks or purchasing the same pattern twice). We are happy to issue a full refund for an accidental purchase ONLY IF the file has not yet been downloaded. Please note: Our Shopify system automatically tracks the download status of every order. If the system shows the file has not been accessed, we will process your refund without hesitation.

3. How to Request a Refund
If you made a mistake and have not downloaded the file, please contact us as soon as possible to request a refund.
